How do you decide on AirBrush features?
We are always looking for new effects to add to our app. Currently, we have more than 47 features, 105 filters, and 7 tools.
Some of the coolest effects include:
- Bokeh – automatically blurs the background of your photo
- Relight – changes the lighting in your photo
- Acne – eliminates skin imperfections
- Makeup – try out different makeup styles and looks
Each feature comes from extensive research, brainstorming sessions with our design team and reading user reviews. We aim to deliver the best app experience for our users.

What’s happening with my information?
If you don’t want your data to be collected, simply go to Settings, then Personalization & Data and turn off the share data option.
If you are in Europe and under GDPR jurisdiction, you can delete your app usage data by following these steps:
- Update to the latest version of AirBrush
- Go into Settings > Personalization & Data > More Options > Delete My Data
Where can I find more filters?
All the filters you love and use are available in AirBrush. Simply select the “Filter” feature, then scroll to the right and click on the plus (“+”) sign to enter our Filter Store. This way, you can find all your favorite filters and explore new ones. Please make sure that you are connected to the internet when you’re downloading filters.
- Airbrush BLACK/Premium features
I bought AirBrush BLACK and can’t use paid features – how can I fix this?
Please restore your purchase by going to the “Settings” menu, then tap on the “Restore Purchase” option. Make sure that you are logged into the same App Store account with which you subscribed to AirBrush BLACK.
If the problem persists, try cleaning your caché, uninstall and reinstall the app, then try to ‘Restore Purchase’ again.
I bought premium features before AirBrush BLACK was released – will these features still work?
You can continue to use your purchased features by restoring your purchase. Sign into the App Store account from which you made the purchase and in the AirBrush App, find the “Restore Purchase” option in the settings menu to restore.
- My antivirus identified AirBrush as a threat
Does the app have viruses?
Our app is tested and virus free. In some situations, your antivirus may alert you to the use of the application, for example, when we need access to your camera. To avoid this warning, please add our app to your antivirus whitelist.
- I was charged and didn’t buy AirBrush BLACK
How can I manage my subscription and request a refund?
For subscription and purchase issues, please refer to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 to make any changes to your subscription. All questions related to refunds and cancellations must be directed to the App Store.
For purchase issues, please refer to the order history section in https://play.google.com/store/account and select the three point icon to make any changes to your subscription. All questions related to refunds and cancellations must be directed to the Google Play Store.

How can I report them?
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing some technical problems.
